Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

Pros

- Benefits are much better than they used to be - Product can deliver real value to a business if implemented and used properly (but this is difficult to do as it's quite hard) - Most people are... helpful - Salary is good - Certain teams have quite smart people working within them

Cons

- There is no real fun culture here, it's just work - Serious organisational and process issues - Most processes are bloated/over-complicated - Most of the product is half baked with features... tacked on as an after-thought - Too much emphasis on one big effort when it comes to product development - The mission of the company came after the product and it's not actually tied to anything the product does or how anyone operates at QM - Over-confidence in most areas of the business despite being mediocre at best - Not customer first, cash is king - Applications for the product are spread too thin and there is no real domain expertise in any of these areas - Too much pat-on-the-back culture for sub-standard work - Very little is documented and public facing documentation is sub par - Teams are very silo'd - No real target persona - No real ongoing coaching from middle management - Large turnover of employees - CRM is a mess and doesn't help very much - A lot of friction when working across departments with no attempt at improving - There's a thin layer of a 'cool' company here but it wears off quickly once you see how things work
