Featured Review

Former Intern - Engineering Intern

I worked at Septa for less than a year

Pros

- Lots of traveling and field work

Cons

- Repetitive and monotonous tasks for work

Advice to Management

Tailor the work done by intern to their future career interests.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Good work/life balance. Good pay and benefits. Satisfying job experience. A lot of excellent co-workers. Almost absolute job security. Where else do you get all this?

Cons

An above-average number of employees is actively avoiding work or has thrown in the towel in the face of bureaucracy. Controlled by outside interests (regional public transport company and political... influences).

Advice to Management

Engage employees. Help them understand why their work is important. Get rid of chronic under performers.
