Featured Review

I have been working at Seamless

Pros

I am working very passionately with seamless

Cons

I cannot say their is no down side but i am facing challenging tasks in my work.

Former Employee - Customer Service Representative

I worked at Uber full-time for more than a year

Pros

Excellent perks (UberEats credit, meals at the office, wellness days, local discounts, wellness benefit) , opportunities for progression, great coworkers, "culture of questions", great leadership on... the floor

Cons

Long hours (it is shift work)

Advice to Management

Hire more people to reduce the long shifts & provide on-site counseling (for those occasional hard calls)
