Featured Review

Current Employee - Business Development Manager

I have been working at Salesforce full-time for less than a year

Pros

Amazing career growth opportunities, training and resources, support from management instead of fear and pressure, a healthy balance in work and life, opportunities to do volunteer work during... working hours, enough possibilities to visit home country and work in another office.

Cons

So far no cons yet.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

Former Employee - L&D Leader

I worked at Facebook full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Authenticity - you don't need to wear a work mask, Freedom to do the most impactful work, amazing colleagues, great benefits and perks

Cons

There's always too much to do and therefore you need to manage yourself. Change is like breathing so if you are not comfortable with this then it's not for you

Advice to Management

I get that you are doing things that have never been done before, but the scale of the company now means that every big decision needs to consider all unintended consequences
