Current Employee - Business Development Representative

I have been working at Salesforce full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Team spirit and company values - Salaries - Career Development - Benefits - Integration - Customer Centric with a very good consideration of the Sales Reps and their work

Cons

- Location in Dublin (not in the city center)

Advice to Management

- I know it is hard but try your best to be fair in the territory spliting for your sales people

I have been working at Dunnes Stores full-time for less than a year

Pros

+ Reasonable Pay + Teamwork + Employee Discount + Good Hours.

Cons

- Expected to leave cellphone and valuable belongings (Money etc) inside a locker with no key provided.

Advice to Management

Allow staff members to request a transfer within there role within the store they are employed in for example Sales Assistant to Deli etc. Consider introducing Living Wage.
