Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at SAP

Pros

Great opportunities. Relaxed environment. Working on real projects. Chance to grow within the company and also feeling like a permanent employee. Free Lunches, Events are great for interns too.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lack of work for interns.

Current Employee - Wisseschaftlicher Mitarbeiter

I have been working at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

You have a lot of flexibility with your work and schedule and you get to interact with a lot of smart people/students.

Cons

It lacks competitiveness and there is no chance you could get promoted because you do good work. Also the salaries are really low compared to industry.
