Large company so things seem to move slow, lots of layers to go through to get things done.

A lot of input in how we approach things. Managers treat you as colleagues, A lot to learn if you're willing, Great Culture.

Cons

We sometimes feel forgotten about by the US. Large case load, Lack of communication, Lot of Change at executive level, Thinks it's a big tech company but not quite there.

Advice to Management

Be consistent in message and communicate often and clearly
