Former Employee - Administrative Coordinator

I worked at Reynolds American full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great culture, facilities, environment, employee benefits, employee perks, resources, tools necessary for you to do your best work and on and on...

Cons

Still a bump in the road every now and then- You may have a boss that is still from the old days, still a card carrying member of the good ol boys club, in which case you will be working for a wolf... in sheep’s clothing. Outwardly, they appear to be progressive and collaborative when in actuality, they are threatened (insecure) about staying in their position of authority and entitlement. The organization will always protect its own (the higher up the chain, the more protection).

Advice to Management

If you’re going to say you’re transparent, be transparent. If you say you’re diverse and equal, be diverse and equal, otherwise, your entire mission is hypocrisy.

"Best Culture"6 Nov 2019

Current Employee - Account Executive

I have been working at Worldwide Express full-time for less than a year

Pros

Culture is unmatched, management is here to ensure you succeed and they do everything they can to make that happen.

Cons

Work/life balance is not the best but that happens in sales. If you have something come up they do work with you.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, Blake is an amazing lead and leads from the front. Need more hands on like him!
