Since worked mostly on site, professional skills gets boosted, knew architecture in building massive application and network enhanced.
Though working with on-site is better for learning, on payroll side it have disadvantages, - Your payroll manager don't have idea about your skillset work style - You get predefined increments... irrespective of your performance at client side - There is a lot hackle in reimbursement for on-site expenses - Since there are no precise policy for On site expenses defined, Manager will keep modifying it maximizing company benefit. - NeoSOFT don't care of employees if contract gets terminated overnight and Employee get suffered, - No recognition received for on-site working in 3 years

Kindly stand with your employees in their half-times, stop treating on-site employee as slave and work on on-site policy to make employee life better.
