Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at RAPP full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Turn-ou rate in LA office tells everything

Cons

Extremely hassle and toxic office enviroment, speech abusement and harassement, unfriendly and low pay to woman.

Advice to Management

Hire and take good people, has a plan for your employee, listen to your employee and take action, this is a open and free world

Former Freelancer - Recruiting Coordinator

I worked at Huge for less than a year

Pros

- amazing perks (free snacks and catered breakfasts/lunches) and work culture - great boss and my team did a splendid job with my onboarding process - cordial coworkers - really cool office space... and awesome hours of operation - amazing PTO structure and flexible work-from-home policy

Cons

- the work itself was pretty one-dimensional (coming from full cycle recruiting, this work was more administrative-based but I still learned a lot) - a lot of working remotely (my boss was in a... different office and most of our team was based in the Brooklyn HQ) - salary was on the lower side than what I was used to - not an ideal commute if you live outside the perimeter and the parking garage fee is expensive - the seating arrangement within the office is pretty spaced out so it felt isolating most of the time

Advice to Management

- extremely disappointed at how abruptly my contract ended so I felt like I was false promised a lot during the interview and negotiation process
