Advice to Management
Hire and take good people, has a plan for your employee, listen to your employee and take action, this is a open and free world
I worked at Geometry Global full-time
Geometry has a lot of great people who have been working hard for the greater good of the powers above at WPP. You would struggle to find a London agency with a nicer group of people who are really... willing to work hard and team together when things get tough. Offices have been refurbished and make a nice working space. Usual WPP benefits are fairly good. Still has ad land touches such as drinks trolley and fun initiatives here and there.
There is a toxic culture which has been spread across the company like the Black Death, killing ambition, pushing good people out and instilling fear into those who remain. The problem is glaringly... obvious but management do little to stop this as far we could see from the shop floor. This problem would be resolved with a change of management at the top level and nurturing those who have been challenged/demented by this particular person.
