Pros

I never had in my whole career a more varied and interesting role than in P2M. There is great flexibility in most positions to do more and different tasks if one is eager to. Also due to the size of... the company you are always valued and play an integral role in the success of your team. Decisions are not coming from people you never met but are part of and influenced by what you do. Overall a great place to start and build one's career and learn important professional skills.

Cons

No company is perfect of course but I have not experienced anything significant enough to affect my decision to work for P2M.

I have been working at XR Marketing full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

The company is willing to take invest time and effort on people with no experience and provide them with the tools to succeed be that in sales, coaching, recruitment or administration roles. They are... more about the right person who can learn effectively and has a good student mentality then someone who has masses of previous experience. I have been with the company since 2007 and the experience I now have and investment to further my skill set has been tremendous. I have also had the chance to travel around Europe and Asia to network and learn.

Cons

Hours can be long but if you want to learn and put in the work, the rewards are there.
