Featured Review

Former Contractor - Manufacturing Team Member

I worked at Procter & Gamble for less than a year

Pros

The pay is relatively good. It's all about team work. You will get all the helps you need on the job. Friendly team to work with. Conducive environment. You will learn a whole lots of new things.

Cons

I noticed a lot of eye services to please the big bosses. Real hard workers are not usually getting rewarded. No career opportunities.

Advice to Management

Management should engage more with the functional team and reward them handsomely for their efforts.
