Elevate Energy has a great group of people to work with. I have received great support in my professional development.

Cons

Team member roles are not always well defined which can be beneficial when various projects and programs need to be staffed. This can also unfortunately lead to scope creep in an employee's tasks and... responsibilities.

Advice to Management

Work to ensure job descriptions match actual tasks and responsibilities and recognize when those change. Elevate Energy should also offer a paid family leave package.
