Featured Review

Current Contractor - GCSE Examiner

I have been working at Pearson for more than 5 years

Pros

Work remotely anywhere in world, all work completely online, good management, opportunities for CPD training. Few IT problems.

Cons

Only a few contracts a year. Payments come through slowly, bit by bit.

Current Employee - Software Engineer()

I have been working at Rackspace full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Super flexible scheduling. Loads of time off. Managers that care. Snacks and drinks provided daily.

Cons

Raises haven't been great the last few years. Benefits aren't competitive. However, I think these things will get better in time.

Advice to Management

Better 401K and HSA contributions.
