Advice to Management

Keep investing on your people, more budget for training and flexibility to work in another teams , areas,countries. Although it is a huge company, don't let the old process hold the creative and... innovators , give space for growth and dynamism. Don't let old bosses that are not leaders get way with disrespectful behaviours.
