Featured Review

Current Employee - Technical Consultant

I have been working at OpenText full-time for less than a year

Pros

I was a bit scared by the reviews when I got the offer, but I couldn’t be happier I accepted it. I understand it depends what department you’re in, and I can’t speak for customer service teams... which tend to be the “not amazing” no matter the company. But after a few months in Opentext Cork, I can say this is a great company to work for, salary is good, management is good, there are opportunities to move and grow internally, and you keep learning a lot, all the time. Overall I can’t complain, no company is perfect but so far it’s the best I’ve seen. The office is really nice too, absolutely no complaints on that.

Cons

Holidays could be more compared to other companies in Ireland.

Advice to Management
