Fun atmosphere, lots of social activities Many opportunities for career development All support staff eligible for bonus pool

Cons

Change fatigue, must constantly adapt to continuing changes in tech systems, mgmt initiatives, office protocols. Barely learn one system before they revise and setup a new one

very little, only good part is that the people on your level are nice and will help you because management never will

everything - management, projects, the way they treat people, progression, increase in salaries with progression, culture, treating people like children. honestly the rest of reviews on here are lies

very smart people at the top but the managers have 0 experience and knowledge, change them
