Current Employee - IT Consultant

I have been working at Version 1 full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Core Values are REALLY observed day to day. The culture they express exists in everything they do. Flexibility is accommodated wherever possible. Great people, committed to doing things right.... Where things aren't working not afraid to change it and improve. Overall experience makes you feel like you are contributing to something special. Lots of growth potential, merit is valued highly. If you do well it will be recognised.

Cons

Salary can be below market rates. Understandably difficult to hit the sweet spot given the market they are in, but more work needed here. Onsite workers can feel disconnected from the company.

Advice to Management

Keep it up, back your good people, don't lose what made the company great.
