Current Employee - Account Executive

I have been working at Microsoft full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great management, helpful colleagues and good benefits.

Cons

In contrary to other Tech companies not allowed to work freely, remotely, and from other countries than Ireland. A lot of employees are looking at other options due to this.

Advice to Management

Allow people to work freely from wherever they want in the world, Microsoft is a big enough company to be able to handle this just like some other Tech companies are doing and the pandemic has shown... that the productivity is not going down by this approach but rather the opposite and you´d have a lot happier employees.

Former Employee - Recruiter

Cons
