- Great Work-Life Balance - Non-toxic, reasonable expectation workplace

Cons

- Average age is high, meaning focus is on families and not coworkers (pro and con) - little office culture, very empty - WoW, processes / culture, communication, very underdeveloped - embedded... foreign consumer facing software development is a slow burn on the psyche
