Current Employee - Registered Nurse, BSN

I have been working at Memorial Hermann Health System full-time

Pros

Memorial Hermann strives to provide the best experience for its patients and their families as well as its employees. It provides continuous developmental opportunities and includes the employees in... decision making processes. The company has a New Resident Employee Training program which assigns new hires to a clinical coach. New nurses are given the opportunity to work alongside a more experienced nurse so they can develop the confidence they need to perform independently in the hospital setting.

Cons

The Homeless population continue to be a concern in the area with which I work. The Company does a great job in helping to place these individuals when the discharge from the hospital. I would like... to see a decrease hospital returns for members in this population.
