I have been working at Mears Group full-time for more than a year
Pros
Lots of opportunity for growth. I’ve received 10 years of experience squeezed into 1. Pay really well.
Cons
The company is growing so fast that changes and decision are made long before any of their employees know about it. You feel out of the loop and often confused. Mid level management needs a lot of... work (Common sense decisions are made at the VP level).
Advice to Management
Slow down to speed up. Involve your people at every level. Don’t be so top down focused.

Cons
Workload sometimes very heavy and subject to changes in overal economy
Advice to Management
Should do more in the way of promotion
