Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at LinkedIn full-time

Pros

Purpose, Growth, Security, Family, Values

Cons

No Con to think of

Former Employee - L&D Leader

I worked at Facebook full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Authenticity - you don't need to wear a work mask, Freedom to do the most impactful work, amazing colleagues, great benefits and perks

Cons

There's always too much to do and therefore you need to manage yourself. Change is like breathing so if you are not comfortable with this then it's not for you

Advice to Management

I get that you are doing things that have never been done before, but the scale of the company now means that every big decision needs to consider all unintended consequences
