I have been working at Lidl full-time for less than a year

Pros

Friendly, well paid, nice staff, always things to do and keep busy.

Cons

Long days, not easy to ask for time off, not great to get an hourly rate higher unless you progress.

Pros

Good for those who are retiring & want a stagnant work life

Cons

Unless you can tolerate Autocratic management style, micromanaging style from superior otherwise will be hard to survive. Though the company has very small headcount, yet very political & full of... gossips in the office. Some departments people are just ill-manner. Overall a negative environment to begin with..
