Former Employee - Reimbursement Counselor

I worked at Lash Group full-time

Pros

It’s a great place to work. Room for growth.

Cons

none that I can think of

Current Employee - Learning and Development

I have been working at Red Ventures full-time for more than a year

Pros

At RV, you can make an impact immediately. The flat org structure and culture of ownership means that you have a lot of flexibility in determining the best way to make an impact on the business. The... people you work alongside are smart and driven, and the company culture encourages giving back to the community.

Cons

A tough part of working at RV is the flip side of the benefit. The autonomy you have in your role can make figuring out how to drive results early on a frustrating, challenging experience. There's... still a bit of the learn fast and learn the hard way mentality embedded in the culture. You will learn quickly at RV.

Advice to Management

Continue to push our organizational culture to drive rigorous results.
