Current Employee - Graduate Software Developer

I have been working at Jaguar Land Rover full-time for less than a year

Pros

really fantastic place to work!

Cons

bus services are limited, but accommodation close to rent if needed

Current Employee - Project Engineer

I have been working at Aston Martin full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Fast paced. Can be a fun place to work. Sometimes this borders on the crazy. Mostly good colleagues. Generally interesting work. Have wider scope of responsibility than bigger OEMs

Cons

Poor project communications. Sometimes a bit too crazy! Lack of processes or processes that aren't followed properly leading to last minute panics
