Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time

Pros

Work with high intellectual people on a day to day basis

Cons

Nothing really that you wouldn't expect with a big organisation

Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing, JP is now number one

Former Intern - Intern - Hourly

I worked at USAA for less than a year

Pros

great company and they really care about their people

Cons

If you work at the main home office campus, the culture is very isolated. The attorneys are stuck in their offices and very busy - not much time for the interns. When you work off site at one of... their other locations, the culture is very open and the attorneys are more available to mentor interns.

Advice to Management

provide interns a referral or reference letter at the end of the summer
