Current Employee - Senior Applications Operations Engineer

I have been working at Intuit full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

salary, awesome work culture, customer-focused

Cons

Nothing I can think of.

Advice to Management

nothing I can think of.

Current Employee - Risk Analyst

I have been working at PayPal full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great people to work for, although it depends on your immediate manager. Salary on the lower end of industry average. If you're interested in progression it's there if you work for it. Flexibility... regarding working hours and work from home (even before covid!)

Cons

Tools outdated and inefficient, analyst time better spent on analysis instead of fixing broken infrastructure

Advice to Management

When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea. Raise salaries to stop attrition to rivals for money!
