I have been working at Independent News

Pros

Ever changing for the better, ever winning the market share. First to market new digital marketing products keep coming. Supporting external further adult eduction too.

Cons

Can't think of any, they're in the past.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing!

Former Employee - Marketing

I worked at Emerald Publishing full-time for more than a year

Pros

Some great people Decent perks Flexible working hours

Cons

Impossible to progress Flagrant favouritism with no regard for talent/potential/value Disregard for meaningful measurements and metrics (in marketing team) Unwieldy, bureaucratic, parasite company

Advice to Management

Carry on ignoring the market. You will descend into obsolescence and it will be for the best.
