Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Hugo Boss full-time

Pros

Amazing company to work for

Cons

I could not find any cons

Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing it’s working!

Current Employee - Project Manager

I have been working at Emma full-time

Pros

Dynamic and motivating team, you can feel it right from the application phase. The recruitment process is complete: discussions, questions, logic exercises, challenges, assessment center with a... visit to the premises. No need to speak German fluently

Cons

1 month between two interviews but the two last two were three days apart to catch up

Advice to Management

Highlight your benefits to employees at the time of application. I learned after accepting the job that Emma was giving free German lessons, which was an important criterion for me.
