Former Employee - Operations

I worked at Hitachi Capital (UK) full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Generous annual and Christmas bonus Nice facilities Growing Company

Cons

Overall as a Group HCUK is a fantastic place to work. I couldn't recommend the Trowbridge office though. Management is poor and that comes from the top. I dreaded going in every day, focus is on what... isn't going right and achievements are never recognised. A new system implementation ran over by several years but we had to cope without key team members.

Advice to Management

Look after your staff and they in turn will look after your customers. It's not just about money, we worked really hard and we just didn't feel appreciated.
