Featured Review

Former Employee - Accountant

I worked at Heritage Education Funds full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great people and executives and owners

Cons

No clear direction where the company is going.

Advice to Management

Nothing. They got sold.

Former Employee - Analyst

I worked at CPP Investment Board full-time for more than a year

Pros

The firm is growing rapidly thanks to additional CPP and it is a good, safe job in finance/investing

Cons

- There are many layers in CPPIB (as you would expect in a pension fund), resulting in unnecessary bureaucracy. Environment is extremely politically correct although it depends on your group -... Underpays market significantly, but it is a safe job - Diversity program has diluted the talent pool of CPPIB
