Featured Review

Current Employee - Recruitment Consultant

I have been working at Hays full-time for more than a year

Pros

There is a great atmosphere. Training is definitely second to none! The managers, trainers and senior consultants will always take time out of their day to help. The commission structure is quite... generous, so after a 3 plus months, it makes a significant different on the pay.

Cons

Base could be higher. High turnover. But both of these are part of the industry.

Advice to Management

Maybe doing more about retention, but all the same, it can often be hard to know what the right thing to do is.

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at Hostelworld Group

Pros

Chill work environment. Nice people to work with. Good facilities.

Cons

Can be a little disorganised.
