Current Employee - Marketing Assistant

I have been working at Hays full-time

Pros

The culture in Hays is one of a kind, there's a strong sense of team spirit across all areas. Personally, I have been given opportunity to progress in my career and am really grateful for the... opportunities I've been given.

Cons

Some periods are busier than others but once you recognize this it is easier to adapt to it!

Advice to Management

Keep going the way we are at present, promoting team work and giving support to employees

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at Daimler

Pros

Amazing products, my department worked directly with the corporate board to implement very forward-looking projects. Working in the central in Stuttgart is interesting, as decisions are taken here.... Work-life balance is very good, still people work hard to achieve their goals.

Cons

Politics are really strong. Didn't see a strong company culture as in other companies. Seemed to be difficult to get a full time position, as they hire a lot of third party companies.

Advice to Management

Try to reduce the amount of overhead due to politics. Reduce expected formality to make it a more fun place to work at.
