Pros
With incredible culture, great benefits and pay, there are always opportunities to learn and grow and further your career.
Cons
Can be hard to get your head around all of the products initially and it can take time for things to click. Growing into a 70,000+ employee company means it does get more bureaucratic over time.
Advice to Management
Ask leaders if the right metrics and targets are being set and measured, or are we striving to meet the goals you set without question.
