Former Employee - Systems Administrator

I worked at Goldman Sachs full-time for more than a year

Pros

teamwork, benefite, office, tools, boss

Cons

stress, complicated clients, production systems.

Current Employee - Consultant

I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

Working with the brightest individuals and solve tough problems day in and day out. The development opportunities are endless.

Cons

Lots of stress and pressure as ramping up knowledge and experiences in certain domain. High responsibility and visibility come with long hours.

Advice to Management

Continue to invest in your associate. Can consider bringing some of the practices in TECH companies (e.g. agile principles, flexible WFH, etc.) to the firm.
