I worked at Monese for less than a year
Well the company has few good things such as free snacks and you get to work on a mac. Besides that company is a complete mess when it comes to management, benefits and culture. Also you'll be able... to meet so many talented people and get to learn with them. Product is nice but no one knows which path to follow when it comes how to improve it.
Managers do not really know how a company should be runned and how to keep people happy. There are no perks at all, the salary is all you get. CEO keeps saying the same things repeatedly week after... week like if he was a great motivator. He's not. Promises are never kept. Company handles a collective dismissal with a 5 min videocall from the CEO and the next thing he does is inviting everyone to another meeting where he is talking about the company's direction. Completely unaware how to deal with a issue of that size. Salary gaps between people on the same function.
