I worked at Genpact Mortgage full-time for less than a year
Absolutely nothing for the exception of a game room that was available in another building close by.
Genpact Mortgage of Irvine was a complete and utter disaster. The leaders had no sense of direction and didn't know the first thing about managing. Genpact was a place with massive turnover and... eventually the division in Irvine completely folded with the exception of one department. This place seemed to recruit some of its employees by picking them off the streets. Sexual abuse went rampant and there was no accountability for it. HR did nothing to prevent the abuse that went on there. Managers seemed to manage by rumor clearly taking the side of whoever could badmouth the most of other employees. Many opportunities for growth were missed due to the poor management. Getting ahead at Genpact meant stabbing your co-workers in the back and the completely clueless managers going along with it. I personally had a manager and a lead that responded about half the time you emailed them. Working in IT here was a disaster due to there being no support from my lead and manager. I also worked alongside an individual who was very insecure about his skills and his position. Both he and management are a prime example of why this place went under. I'm glad this place has almost folded. What a joke of a place to work.

Overloaded backoffice. Need more processors and support. Want to be able to focus more on selling loans, and less on loans in pipeline
