Current Employee - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Pros

I have to say I am very happy with my tenure so far at MRP. I started recently working for various campaigns and I really love the support from the team. Great team leads, great manager that can see... the potential in YOU. They will do their utter best for you and they really want you to succeed. The academy is a smart way to dive in to the SDR role to build up the skills that will make you successful. After a few months in the company I was offered a role as Assistant Manager Customer Growth so I can really testify that you can grow in your career and it's not a myth.

Cons

The job itself is not for everybody. Targets are not that easy to achieve but it's the nature of the job. Resilience is Key. The more you call, the more you will book leads and the more you will get... as a bonus.
