Cons
Working for Capco. Awful management. Be ready to see nasty side of people. How they lie to your face so they can get promoted and you will be expected to do the same. If you have family with Kids,... they will soon realise how ruthless and soulless you become. Unless you are willing to change your ways. You will not survive. And all you will get is “We are sorry that you feel this way”. Clients can break all the company policies and if you highlight that to senior management. They will blame you and ask you get on with it. Best to get HR involved in all instances, then maybe you will be heard
