Former Employee - L&D Leader

I worked at Facebook full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Authenticity - you don't need to wear a work mask, Freedom to do the most impactful work, amazing colleagues, great benefits and perks

Cons

There's always too much to do and therefore you need to manage yourself. Change is like breathing so if you are not comfortable with this then it's not for you

Advice to Management

I get that you are doing things that have never been done before, but the scale of the company now means that every big decision needs to consider all unintended consequences

Current Employee - Account Manager

I have been working at Morgan McKinley full-time for more than a year

Pros

I love the team culture, the office culture and the job itself. Very transparent management and shifts in the business strategy are shared openly and honestly.

Cons

None to think of. This is a great place to work.

Advice to Management

Keep on doing what your doing. This is a great place to work.
