Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at FCR Media Group full-time

Pros

Good Experience - Move on

Cons

People move on from this place quickly

Advice to Management

Care about staff more. They will in turn care more.

Former Employee - Marketing

I worked at Emerald Publishing full-time for more than a year

Pros

Some great people Decent perks Flexible working hours

Cons

Impossible to progress Flagrant favouritism with no regard for talent/potential/value Disregard for meaningful measurements and metrics (in marketing team) Unwieldy, bureaucratic, parasite company

Advice to Management

Carry on ignoring the market. You will descend into obsolescence and it will be for the best.
