I have been working at Edward Jones full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The company is a partnership so never answers to stock holders. Wonderful managing partner. Good culture. If you are good at bringing in assets the opportunities are limitless.

Cons

You need to be good at sales to be successful. Often unequal starts on amount of assets and advice from experienced advisors. Challenges in the structure of commissions.
