Great product and growing company with a positive CEO.

The desire for revenue growth out weighs the positives of the product. Excited to hear the CEO talk about the 30% growth but so sad when everyone in sales feels like garbage because it’s not enough.... This isn’t just one persons feelings. The honest truth is most are miserable. Young sales management who doesn’t know how to be a “leader“. Management feels like if they push harder we react better. Lol. Don’t believe me then ask how sales really feels. Poor leadership. you will learn about the great culture, that’s just the white picket fence around reality. Sales culture sucks. If you are looking to come here ask the hard questions to your interviewer. Ask how many sales people will hit quota and then ask why? Unrealistic expectations to hit the all mighty $50 million.

Advice to Management

Be a leader. People want to follow a leader and are inspired by good leaders. Your leadership shows through your lack of experience. Learn how to communicate and learn how to get the most out of your... people rather then drive your good people away. Set realistic expectations.

Great educational products. Everyone there is focused on building products that will help improve our educational system with a focus on keeping the teacher in the center of the classroom.

The only cons while I worked there was pricing because it was out of the range for a lot of school districts. However, they seemed to have fixed that by offering more options.

Advice to Management

The sales management and top leadership has changed, hopefully for the better. I would only suggest that Amazon keep a realistic expectation based on the education market and the timing and flow of... business in that complex arena.
