- Work-Life Balance - Training - Bosch Internal Portal in itself is an encyclopedia - Timely Management Updates on the Business scenario - Opportunities to learn New Technologies - CSR... activities and much more.

Cons

- Old mico culture - Less transparency in the system - More bureaucracy - Less salary compared to market standards

Advice to Management

- Management needs to bring in more transparency in the system (Ratings, Deputation, Gender, Culture, Religion etc.) - Needs to bridge the gap between Gen X and Gen Z to stay at least competitive in... the market. - Needs to transform the relationship between Top management, middle management, and Associates.
