Featured Review

Current Employee - Consultant

I have been working at Deloitte full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Variety, benefits, large company, growth opportunities

Cons

Projects vary, turnover is high for those who do not want to become partner

Current Employee - Recruitment Consultant

I have been working at Hays full-time for more than a year

Pros

Training Reward and Recognition for work Hours (normal 8.30-5.30 hours but you're not expected to always stay late) Culture Support from higher management Career Progression People

Cons

Not much in the time I've been here. While the base salary is low it is a sales role and there is good money to be made if you're a hard worker.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!
