Pros

Enjoyed my time in this role. It lead to me getting a better role in a management position. Really enjoyed the people and atmosphere.

Cons

Pay wasn't as competitive as other firms.

Pros

- great & friendly coworkers to interact with every day - fairly competitive salary - beautiful office in a great location

Cons

- lack of change management strategy and transparency post Motorola Solutions acquisition - limited to no discussions around opportunities and career growth - strong feelings of uncertainty in the... company (many people are feeling less job secure and also uncertain about the company's future) - lack of direction and clear business goals throughout the organization - very busy ALL THE TIME, which quickly leads to burnout

Advice to Management

- improve on change management strategy and prioritize the people, to mitigate feelings of uncertainty and distrust - improve on better team and people management skills, to help inspire and empower... workers - improve and prioritize work-life balance, or high employee turnover will continue to be a challenge due to burnout
