Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Citi full-time

Pros

Great experience as a summer intern

Cons

Long working hours and sometimes over the weekend

Current Employee - Data Analyst

I have been working at Royal Bank of Scotland International full-time for more than a year

Pros

The colleagues and bank values were excellent, well paid, interesting work on occasions.

Cons

Project progress was slow, I felt like a very small cog in a huge machine that didn't make a huge impact. Never saw senior management in a year that I worked there.

Advice to Management

Make the effort to see your employees!
