I worked at CarTrawler full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Started in CarTrawler in 2014 in the Sales and Retention team, the company grew so much since then! What I am really grateful for is the career and growth opportunities that the company offered over... the last 5+ years. The athmoshpere is young and diverse with people from all over the world which for me is a major plus. In terms of benefit the company offers a subisidised canteen, a health insurance and a pension plan, they also support and encourage further studies by financing college or training courses. The company oftnen organise social events, bootcamps, jiujitsu, family and friends events. I will certainly take with me good memories and new skills throughout my career.

Cons

Not really any cons to be honest, CarTrawler has been an amazing employer for me personally. Continue to invest in the growth of the company as well as the organizations that we serve and you will... continue to see success.

Advice to Management

Continue to keep creating convenience and simplicity for clients and users. Continue to listen to your employees and allow them to continue to grow within the organization both personally and... professionally.

Pros

The people in my table were very nice.

Cons

The management will drain your energy because they are not happy with their jobs either so they will put it on you. The amount of pressure they put on people its very sad. I have seen people crying... in toilets and calling in sick just not to be there.

Advice to Management

We know you write your own good reviews. Make it stop its too obvious. Stop treating the people like kids. Stop telling people that they are too long in toilets . Stop gossiping about us. We all see... it and hear it.
